I can only imagine how many fixtures they would need to design. I mean, designing a product to be really well built and solid is not as hard as it would seem, the hardest part is trying to make it so that it can be mass-produced on an assembly line in an affordable and quick way. If the figure out how to use new methods of mass-production, like using replicating machines (http://www.fourmilab.ch/autofile/www/section2_84_2 ... or 3-d printers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3D_printing), then we will have products launching even quicker, and built using less resources, saving money and lowering product prices. That would be awesome. Until then, I'm waiting until the i7's make it into the MBP and I'm getting a 17" for college!.

I'm not sure we need to relax. Forget about the Republicons, they're self-destructing. We need to stay vigilant because it was activism that got Obama elected in 2008 and it's activism that will keep them working for what the people want over the next 3 years.

Agreed. According to Ars Technica's tribute to Amiga, they revealed the designers built upon some of the advanced features found in the Atari's graphics processors.It's a shame the C64 blew it out of the market, because the Atari hardware was better on graphics, sound and CPU power.http://arstechnica.com/hardware/news/2007/07/a-his ... |
