my first impulse was to place the blame with the kids and parents for failing to get enough nutrition, but then i started thinking and i realized that we can blame society instead, and since society is to blame then the most logical solution is to 'fix' society by passing laws requiring people to get enough vitamins. Once the law is passed we'll have to relax other laws so that we can properly enforce the nutrition standards but that's just what needs to happen right? I mean these people are all victims of a system that doesn't ensure that they get their vitamin C so it's up to us to ram it down their throat./s
