The right (and, yes, the left) only care about sticking to the constitution when it suits them. If your argument is that healthcare is not cool because it's not a power granted by the constitution, then you should also refute the wars, in which case your claim of logic is bunk.And yes, I know congress gave up that whole war power to the president, but last time I checked the constitution didn't say that only congress could declare war, except when they agree to let the president do it.?
